4. Pricing & PaymentPrices are provided at the time of booking or estimate.Final pricing may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and service complexity.Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.We accept approved forms of payment as communicated at booking.Failure to make payment may result in refusal of future service and collection efforts where applicable.
5. Cancellations & RefundsCancellations should be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.Refunds are issued at our discretion.If you are dissatisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion so we may attempt to resolve the issue.

8. Weather & Environmental ConditionsFor mobile detailing services, weather conditions may impact scheduling. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to rain, extreme temperatures, or unsafe conditions.
